Kristen Emerson, LCSW

Kristen Emerson is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master of Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University.  She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Richmond with a minor from the Jepson School of Leadership Studies.

Since 2012, she has specialized in grief and bereavement support and provided individual, family, and group counseling primarily in the health care and hospice setting.  Kristen offers trainings and workshops in various settings including health care, education, faith communities, and other workplaces. She is passionate to support people facing significant transitions, processing faith questions, and embracing personal growth.

When not fostering conversations about grief, Kristen enjoys spending time at the beach and cheering for her favorite football teams (Wisconsin Badgers and Green Bay Packers).
